From the first time we saw you and your crew working on our neighbors re-building we knew we wanted you for our remodeling job. Our hope was that you would listen to our plans and understand what we wanted.

You more than exceeded our hopes for the remodeling of our home. We have been impressed with you and the other craftsmen in your employ. From the smallest detail to the bigger picture you have brought integrity and professionalism to your work. Always finishing on schedule and exceeding our expectations.

We are very proud of our new home it is everything we could have hoped for. It is a wonderful home that we enjoy every day thanks to you Tom. We will always be grateful that we had the opportunity to meet you.

Now that our project is done, we'd like to compliment you and your crew on the tremendous job you did on the second floor expansion of our house. Our original vision of the project was just to bump out the back of the house with a full dormer. After evaluating the job as presented to you, we were really impressed with all of your suggestions about better and/or more aesthetically pleasing improvements. We met with several contractors and the majority of them answered our questions with "If that's what you want, that's what I'll do." We weren't looking for "yesmen", we were looking for advice. You brought a level of expertise and interest in our job that we did not see with other contractors.

We were also quite happy with your fair quote and the way you were able to breakdown the individual components, allowing us to decide exactly what was feasible for our budget. Although the job did end up being bigger than originally planned, we feel the final result is more beautiful than we could have imagined and the improvements have dramatically increased the value of our property.

In addition to the details explained above, you and your crew impressed us with your professionalism during every facet of the project. Everyone arrived on time, took great pains to keep everything clean, made sure that every detail was taken care of and finished on schedule.
